FEC REPORTS
Why Hold Back So Close To The End?
Most Senate Camps Release 3rdQ Reports
The following are derived from FEC filings for the 2010 cycle ending 9/30/10. Incumbents are in CAPS. The column "Total Receipts" (Line 16 on FEC form 3) includes all donations, transfers, cmte money, loans/contributions made by the candidate, and interest earned on the account. Receipts, expenditures, and CoH from candidates' House or WH accounts have been added in too, but transfers between such cmtes are not counted in "Total Receipts." "PACs" (FEC line 11c) may include money transferred from other candidates' cmtes. "Operating Expenditures" is line 7(c). All major-party candidates are included, provided their reports were available at press time.
